The following information is usually required during the loan process:
Most recent 30 day pay stub showing monthly and year-to-date income
Copy of last two year’s Federal Tax Return (all schedules) to verify commission and/or self employed income
Copy of last two year’s W-2 form
Documentation is needed to show where your down payment and closing cost will come from
Most Recent 1 Month Bank Statements for Checking and/or Savings Accounts (with name and account number on statement)
Most Recent 1 Month or Last Quarterly Statement for 401K, Stocks, Mutual Funds, etc.
Name of Your Homeowners Insurance Company, Agent, & Phone #
Copy of your Driver’s License
